Is the Free plan really free forever?

Yes. The Free plan has no time limit and no credit card required. You can upgrade whenever you need more projects, team members, or integrations.

Can I switch between plans?

Yes. Upgrade or downgrade at any time from your account settings. Changes take effect at the next billing cycle. Upgrades are prorated immediately.

What happens to my data if I downgrade?

Your projects and data are never deleted on downgrade. Existing projects become read-only if you exceed the Free plan project limit until you upgrade again or archive some projects.

Do you offer discounts for agencies or startups?

Yes. We offer custom pricing for agencies managing multiple client workspaces and for early-stage startups. Contact us to discuss your situation.

What payment methods do you accept?

We accept all major credit and debit cards via Stripe. Bank transfer and invoicing are available for Enterprise customers.
